Rabbithole Consulting ("Rabbithole," "we," "us") designs, builds, and operates custom automation infrastructure for businesses. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you contact us — including by text message (SMS) — and how we use it.

Information we collect

When you communicate with us, we collect: your phone number (and email address, where applicable); the contents of the messages you send to us and that we send to you; timestamps and basic delivery metadata for those messages; and any name, business, or account details you choose to provide.

How we use your information

We use this information solely to operate our conversational customer-support service: to route your messages to our AI support assistant and generate replies, to respond to your questions and requests, and to maintain a history of our conversation so we can assist you consistently.

Mobile information and SMS

We do not sell, share, or transfer mobile information or SMS opt-in data to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information includes your phone number, your SMS consent, and the contents of your text messages. Your SMS opt-in and text-message data are never used for advertising or marketing purposes.

Service providers

We use trusted service providers — for example cloud hosting and AI processing — to operate the service. They process message data only to provide their service to us, under contract, and never for their own marketing.

Data retention

We keep your messages for as long as your conversation with us is active, plus a reasonable retention period afterward for support and record-keeping, after which we delete or anonymize the data.
