Run ten locations
like you run one.

Rabbithole builds and operates the systems behind multi-location retail: sales, labor, inventory, costs, loyalty and reviews, across every store, on whatever POS you already use. We did it for Corgi Cafe while it scaled toward 100 cafés open 24/7. Custom-built, end to end.

Proven at Corgi Cafe

We've run retail at 100‑café speed.

Corgi, a $4B AI-native insurance company, opened Corgi Cafe: neighborhood cafés for founders, open around the clock. We didn't hand them software and leave. We oversaw operations across multiple locations and built the systems that ran them.

What we ran and what we built
The Problem

It works at one store. At five, it breaks.

Most retail runs on manual systems: spreadsheets, group texts, a great manager's memory. That holds up until you add locations. Then it fails, often, and you're the one who catches it.

01

Every store runs its own way.

Different spreadsheets, different habits, different numbers. You can't compare locations because nothing lines up.

02

You find out at month-end.

Labor ran hot. A vendor overcharged. Waste crept up. By the time the P&L lands, the money is already gone.

03

Manual systems fail quietly.

A missed reorder. A shift nobody covered. A count nobody did. Each one is small. Across every store, every day, it's your margin.

04

Growth runs through you.

Every new location means more texts, more approvals, more fires. The business can only grow as fast as you can keep up.

What we learned at Corgi

When you're adding cafés every few weeks, manual systems don't slow down. They break. More managers won't fix that. You need systems that run without someone pushing them.

We don't sell software.
We build infrastructure.

Software is another login your managers ignore. Infrastructure is the layer that sits on top of your POS, your bank and your team, and runs the work across every location. Custom-built. Operated end to end. On whatever POS you already use: Square, Toast, Clover, Lightspeed, Shopify POS and more.

What We Fix

What every multi‑location owner wants.

More revenue per store, lower costs, and room to grow without growing the chaos. Items tagged Corgi are already shipped and running there. Screens below use sample data.

01Revenue

Make more per store.

Bring regulars back more often, and get new customers to pick you.

  • Loyalty and rewards that drive repeat visits Corgi
  • Mobile ordering with per-location pickup Corgi
  • Sponsor and partner placements that turn your app into revenue Corgi
  • Google listings and review replies for every location
  • Best sellers and slow hours by store, so you promote and staff right
02Costs

Stop the leaks.

See costs weekly, by store, so problems get fixed before the P&L.

  • COGS tracked per store, per week, not at month-end Corgi
  • POS and bank data synced into one set of numbers Corgi
  • Spend watch that flags overcharges and duplicate bills Corgi
  • Labor against sales, so schedules match real traffic
  • Inventory counts and reorder triggers
03Scale

Grow without the chaos.

One system every store plugs into, so location ten runs like location one.

  • One HQ dashboard across every location Corgi
  • Site sourcing and deal pipeline for your next locations Corgi
  • Buildout tracking: blockers, contractors, dates Corgi
  • An AI agent for follow-ups and procurement, with you approving Corgi
  • Alerts routed to the right manager, not to you
Case Study · Corgi Cafe, San Francisco

We ran it. Then we built what makes it run.

Most consultants have only seen retail from a slide deck. We oversaw day-to-day operations across multiple Corgi cafés and built the systems they ran on. Everything on this page comes from that work.

Why Rabbithole

Operators first. Builders second.

We've overseen the day-to-day of a fast-scaling café brand and built its back office. We know which systems survive a Saturday rush and which ones only look good in a demo.

Real retail operations experience

We oversaw multi-location café operations at Corgi, not just the software. Headquartered in San Juan, working with operators across the U.S. and worldwide.

Predictable pricing

Sized to scope. Some engagements are pure monthly retainer. Others include a one-time setup fee for the build plus the retainer for operations. Either way: clear, laid out before we start, no surprise invoices.

Direct line, no middlemen

You work with the founders, not a junior account manager. Slack us, text us, call us. The people building your infrastructure are the people you talk to.

POS-agnostic

Square, Toast, Clover, Lightspeed, Shopify POS and more. If it has an API or an export, we connect it. Switch POS later and the system stays.

The Promise
Your stores should run the same whether you're there or not. If they don't, you don't own them. They own you.
That's the line we draw. Everything we build is in service of putting you on the right side of it.
About Us

Two operators behind every workflow we build.

Rabbithole is two founders. Both run their own businesses on the same infrastructure we sell. When you book a strategy call, you're talking to one of us, not an account manager.

Juan Perez
Juan Perez
Co-founder

I've spent my career operating in fast-moving, cutting edge technology environments where infrastructure is what makes or breaks your business. I've learned how fast startups moved which allowed me to operate in all parts of the business stack.

Austin White
Austin White
Co-founder

I've built multiple businesses from the ground up and always stayed on the edge of what's next. Running them as a solo operator taught me the hard truth: if you can't walk away from your business, you don't own it. The only fix was to build the custom infrastructure ourselves.

Common Questions

What every operator asks before we start.

Do I have to switch POS systems?

+

No. We build on top of the POS you already run: Square, Toast, Clover, Lightspeed, Shopify POS and most others. If it has an API or an export, we connect it. And if you switch later, the system stays. Corgi Cafe moved from Square to Toast while we were running its operations.

Is this only for coffee shops?

+

No. Cafés are where we sharpened it, but the same problems show up in any business with more than one location: bakeries, quick-service restaurants, boutiques, salons and specialty retail.

How much does it cost?

+

Sized to scope. Some engagements are pure monthly retainer. Others include a one-time setup fee for the build plus the retainer for operations. Either way: clear, laid out before we start, no surprise invoices.

How fast can this be running?

+

Audit in three days, build in fourteen: running infrastructure in seventeen days from kickoff. We roll out store by store so nothing stops while it goes live.

Will my managers actually use it?

+

They don't have to learn much. We build around how your stores already work. Managers get alerts and a few simple screens, not another app with a forty-page manual. And we operate it for you, so nobody on your team has to maintain it.

Do you replace my team?

+

No. We replace the worst parts of their day: copying numbers between systems, chasing counts, building reports by hand. Your people spend that time on customers and on running a great store.

Where are you based?

+

San Juan, Puerto Rico. On-site with operators here and remote with operators across the U.S. and worldwide. Same team and same access either way.

Your next location shouldn't be harder than your first.

Three quick questions, then pick a time. Thirty minutes with the founders: tell us how your stores run today, and we'll show you exactly what we'd build, based on what we learned scaling Corgi Cafe. No pitch deck. No pressure.
